Dr. Tozzi talks about what her mission is for her office. She also discusses how she wants her patients to feel comfortable.

Dr. Michaela Tozzi: At my office, we really pride ourselves on providing the best standard of care possible, treating every patient as an individual, addressing all their concerns, their questions. I never want a patient to feel like they were rushed at this office, that we are trying to get them out the door. I really want them to leave and say, wow, that was an amazing experience. I can't wait to come back. With dentistry, we kind of have the stacks against us, if you will. People don't want to come to the dentist, so that makes our job even more challenging. And we're up for the challenge.

Dr. Michaela Tozzi: Patient comfort is... That's at the top of our list. Again, people don't want to come to the dentist. If we can do anything, whether it's providing them a water bottle when they first walk in the door, whether it's giving them a pillow for their neck while they're in their chair, we're more than happy to do it. Again, we want them to come back. We want them to say, it wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be. It was actually a really nice visit. It feels like a spa. That's kind of what we're going for. I really enjoy helping people. If I can get someone out of pain, I can give them a smile that they've always wanted, give them fuller lips, get rid of their wrinkles in their forehead, I love that. It just makes me want to come to work every single day.
